Spend two hours on a cozy, heated sloop through Amsterdam’s canals with an English-speaking captain such as Storm, Stephan, Erik, or Charley. Expect open views, canal houses, bridges, Dutch cheese, stroopwafels, hot bitterballen, wine, beer, gin, hot chocolate, and mulled wine. Evening departures add reflections from the city lights.

“The canal cruise with Captain Storm was an unforgettable way to experience Amsterdam’s canals in a small, intimate setting. The boat was cozy and comfortable, offering a relaxed atmosphere away from the crowded tourist cruises. Mr Storm was very knowledgeable, sharing history and local stories with humor while staying super friendly and attentive to everyone on board. Drinks and Dutch snacks, including local specialties, were plentiful and added a nice extra touch to the experience. Overall, it felt more like being shown the city by a local friend than being on a typical tour, and is highly recommended.”

“Very little content and information for a lot of walking! No winer hat or rain poncho as stated in trip itinerary and although we did get a “warm” drink at the end of the walk, the cafe owner wasn’t very happy on our arrival and we were mad to feel like an inconvenience!! Definitely give it a miss 👎🏻”
