Sip three complimentary drinks in a room kept at minus 10°C, then glide past the Anne Frank House, Golden Bend, Seven Bridges, and Skinny Bridge with a multilingual audio guide. You must arrange a separate cruise timeslot at a Tours & Tickets office.

“The ice bar was very fun, but quick, around 40 minutes in all. However, I was told over the phone to do the canal cruise first and ended up almost missing the time slot for the icebar. The time slot given on the ticket is for the ice bar and to do the canal cruise you must book a time slot yourself. This was not made clear even after I had to call for directions because they weren't included. Sadly, we did not get to do the cruise because it was booked solid once we finished the ice bar! The bar experience alone was not worth the price.”

“We arrived at Heineken and I couldn't access my tickets from viator to enter to the trip. Despite the staff from Heineken Flavia to mention a few, they also couldn't retrieve the tickets on my app or email nor had they any reference of the number viator provided. Flavia looked after us and the trip was brilliant. We sadly couldn't do the canal part of the trip as it was leaving from near central station, the other side of city and most likely face the same issues we had when entering Heineken experience”
